What goes with sweet peppers? Generally, sweet peppers are good with vegetables like tomatoes, onions, zucchini, green beans, and eggplant. Good meats to try with sweet peppers include sausage, chicken, and ham. Cheeses like mozzarella, feta, and goat cheese make great combos. Sweet peppers also go good with bland foods like rice, potatoes, white beans, and bread.
Hot peppers are great on pizza and are good with most any cheese, as the cheese helps tone down the spiciness a bit. Hot peppers of all sorts can be good with steak and fish, meatloaf and they make a good sidekick to many bland foods.
